Self Help Online Part 4

Welcome back to the fourth and final edition of my posts helping you seek self help via the power of the never ending internet!
For my last post, I want to explore yet another way that I personally have been able to find my own self help online. In the third edition, we discussed a few resources focusing specifically on getting active through yoga and mediation. Once your body is feeling peaceful and ready to go, I find it easier to match your mind to the vessel it inhabits.
An ongoing practice I have and very much enjoy is keeping lists. I like to compile all the things in my head. I have found that once you look at everything, altogether in one place, it doesn't seem so overwhelming. A good way to organize thoughts and resources is through Pinterest.
I have kept up with Pinterest for a few years now, and find the organization of information and things that I like very therapeutic. I have specific "boards", which are a gathered collection of posts, for the goals I have obtained regarding my mental health.
In addition to the process of gathering all the information together into one place, I have then created my own personalized got-to resource for whenever I am facing difficulty.
